Day 1

Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight and prepare for the adventure ahead. Depending on arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful gardens and river surroundings of the lodge.

Drive Distance: 55 km / Time: 1–1.5 hrs.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and majestic baobab trees. The Tarangire River attracts abundant wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a variety of antelope species. Enjoy a full game drive with picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, proceed to Karatu in the Ngorongoro Highlands for overnight.

Day 3

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with scenic views of the crater before continuing to Serengeti National Park. En-route game viewing begins as soon as you enter the park. Serengeti offers endless plains and exceptional wildlife density including predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Arrive at camp in the late afternoon.

Day 4

Full Day Central Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to a full day game drive in the Serengeti. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration or track resident wildlife populations. Large prides of lions, elephants, buffaloes, and diverse birdlife are commonly seen. Your expert guide will position you for optimal wildlife encounters.

Drive Distance: 80–150 km (game drives) / Time: 6–8 hrs game viewing.

Day 5

Central Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro crater

After an early breakfast in the Serengeti, depart with a final en-route game drive as you exit the park.
Wildlife sightings often continue in the morning hours when predators are still active. Proceed toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries.

The crater floor offers exceptional game viewing in a compact area, including large lion prides, buffaloes, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and—if fortunate—the endangered black rhino. With its permanent water sources and open grasslands, the crater provides one of the highest wildlife densities in Africa. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim in the afternoon.

After the game drive, continue to Karatu town in the lush highlands for relaxation and overnight at your lodge.

Day 6

Lake Manyara National Park & Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This compact but diverse park is known for tree-climbing lions, flamingos (seasonal), hippos, and dense groundwater forest. After a half-day game drive, return to Arusha for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Stone Town.

Day 7

Stone Town Tour & Transfer to Nungwi

In the morning, enjoy a guided walking tour of historic Stone Town, exploring its narrow streets, old Sultan palaces, local markets, and rich Swahili culture. Later, transfer to the northern coast of Zanzibar, Nungwi, famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

Day 8

Nungwi Beach Relaxation

Day 9

Nungwi Beach Relaxation

Day 11

Departure from Zanzibar
