100% refund – at least 120 days before the start of the trip

50% refund – at least 90 days before the start of the trip

0% refund – less than 60 days before the start of the trip

 

Why? Because the camps and lodges where you will be staying have strict or non-refundable cancellation policies.

  • International flights(From/to home)

  • Additional accommodation before and at the end of the tour

  • Tips(Tipping guideline US$10.00 pp per day)

  • Personal items(Souvenirs, travel insurance, visa fees, etc.)

  • Government imposed increase of taxes and/or park fees

  • Some meals(As specified in the day-by-day section)

To reserve the trip, we require 50 % down payment by bank transfer or credit card. The 2nd payment of 50 % has to be paid 3 months before the start of the trip.

 

Bank Transfer costs have to be covered by the payee. 3% credit card processing fee will apply to all card payments.
